Google keyword research is more crucial than ever before, as Google adwords is now the world's #1 ad network.The google network is massive and covers the entire world.

However, with such a universal pull, the competition is growing by the day. Google is making a killing.More than $4b in 2007 from adwords. My guess is that more advertisers lost money than they made.

I want to discuss the six major challenged to succeeding in PPC

Discovering the exact keywords
Seeking the comination that wins
Creating top ads
Proper PPC Ad Placement & Positioning
Good landing pages
Testing & Tweaking

Finding the exact keywords you need: it's really only abou the keywords. The hits on your ads require that they are in tune with what people are searching for. Even worse than that is if you get clicks form people uninterested in what you have to offer.

It's a catch 22 situation.

You want the clicks, but you dont want every click. 1 click form the right person is worth more than 1000 clicks from the wrong person. You really need to be careful that the keywords you use are the ones suited to searchers looking for your solutions.

However, finding those keywords is a difficult and time-consuming task. And even worse, it might not pay off. There are decent keyword research tools out there but there is a big learning curve with most of them. That's changed with the release of PPC Bully 2. You will find more in the next article. Having spent all that time inresearch, now you will need to test them out. Wait! You wish -this is only stage one. Having the right keywords is one thing, having them in the right order is way harder. It's pretty similar to taking an exam and the right answer is 786.

You spent a lont time figuring out the answer, but if you wrote 765 or 657, you would be marked incorrect. There are no points for near misses. it's essentially the same as ppc. People are not just searching for specific words. They are searching for specific words in a specific order & specific combination.

To get the right client, you need to be extremely on the ball. Therefore you need to test your keywords combination to discover which ones work best for you.

If that's not hard enough, there are other factors as well. That you need to find out what products your competition are promoting in combination with the landing pages and keywords & keyword combination that are making them a profit in order to make serious money. There is a solution to this issue.
